who achieved his 800 Free NQT at the

 L/C swim on the 2nd March

 

 Sophie Brooks

who achieved  NQT's in 50 Free & 400 IM

and went under the magic minute in

100 free for the first time. (59.73)

 

Callum Hillicks

who achieved NQT's in

100 fly, 200 Back, 200 Free, 200 Fly & 50 Free

Also Congratulations to

 

Federica williamson

 for getting her first even National time in 100 Breast.

 It was a fantastic finals swim of 1.22.74

nearly 2 seconds faster than she swam in the heats.
