Warm up times are
Session 1 8.30 - 9.15
Session 2 12.15 - 1.00
Session 3 3.15 - 4.00
Swimmers/coaches will be required to sign swimmers out if they are not going to swim. (active withdrawal)
This must be done before the sessions warm up.
Emails can be sent in advance if not attending.
Any officials willing to officiate please contact us, we will of course give you lunch and refreshments.
